    Turkey, apple, pluot, nuts.
    Steak, mixed steamed veggies, shrimp, wine.

  5. Wow! this one kicked my butt. I am so not the best distance runner. Give me sprints any day. Want to tell the morning ladies that you did fantastic this morning. So great to workout with awesome people.

    time 29:28 (red band for pullups)

    Food: bananas, almonds, lettuce wraps with roast beef, turkey, mushrooms, spinach, vin/oil dressing, nectarines, chicken, salad w vin/oil mango/orange/banana slush.
