looks like i sucked it up today!! 4 rds + 200 meeters. 63 pull-upsfood: avocado, lara bar, broccoli, chicken breast, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cauliflower, banana, almond butter, apple, watermelon, cantaloupe....
took yesterday and today off, my legs needed some time to recoup. bumbed i missed some sweet looking workouts. excited for tomorrow.
