    Well, I had to file down those "Red Badges of Courage" starting on the inside of my palms after today and yesterday. 12:24 but not RX yet!Pam

  2. 6:48 using RX'd deadlift weight and doing HSPU with my feet on the Box Jump box.
    Eggs apple (No coffee!)
    Turkey nuts V8 pluot
    Sashimi, asparagus, broccoli, wine and two slices of sushi roll which costs me 50 pts.

  3. Boy feeling every muscle this week. Did the 155 but I am still on the box for hspu. 11:34.
