This was grueling and I haven't made those weird sounds since being on the delivery table. As I finished I noticed Sarah and thought of the broad spectrum of people we are at Cross Fit;soon to be bride, doctor, student, hairstylist, teacher, mother,young man joining the army, fire fighter,probably more I don't know about.
