I am very thankful this workout was only 4 rounds. I did well in every round, 3:46 rd 1, 3:48 rd 2, 4:06 rd 3, 4:08 rd 4. All of my times were close together so I kept a pretty steady pace throught the workout, good luck everyone!
i was really happy with my times, not happy that had to stop and not complete round 4 due to knee pain. Thanx Katie and Mimi for pushing the pace. round 1 350 rnd2 407 rnd3 434. look forward to improving those
