    I started with 75# but quickly dropped 10 pounds.

  2. 13:39 (i think) with 65# ohs. the burpees and wall balls were tough. big improvement on toes to bar for me. 10 in a row on ohs!!!!

  3. 15:18 still working on strengthening my OHS, just 25lbs but form over weight is best. hate burpees but mine aren't as ugly as when i started crossfit.
