    burpees - 50

    Not a wrokout you even want to be peeking at the clock during...just listening for that beep and going as hard as you can until you hear it.

  4. so i am not sure why i put "39" for my sdhp. but it was "63". can i blame my blond hair?

  5. So I'm not very smart, but I think my score is 11. The lowest I got on SDHP was 6 and the lowest I got on the burpees was 5. I used 95# for the SDHP.
    On a positive note, I finished the WOD in 8 minutes.
