    This workout was tougher than it seems, I had to do 75 walking lunges cuz my ankle is giving me problems, so those last 100 squats really did me in. I wish I would have had a better time, I blame the walking lunges! Good luck crossfitters!

  3. 102 KBS unbroken, 9:48. Pullups were laborious and never hurt so much in my life. No forearms after the swings! :)

    i think that i just got into a really good rythmn on my pullups.

  6. 45 unbroken KBS using 30 pound dumbell (no access to kettle bell). Time on workout, 6:07 subbing jumping pull ups for regular pull ups.
