  1. well i sucked it up hard core today!!!!! really just wanted to walk out on this one.
    did knee raises on pullup bars instead of situps...hands and arms killing me from yesterday = really bad performance and slooooowwwwww!
    took me 25:10...i even said screw it on the last round and did situps....talk about much faster!!!
    to everyone else...good job on kicking my trash! :)

  2. My shoulder is worse so I had to skip the planks and instead of burpees I did 12 box jumps each round (17 or 18 inch, I think). Time: 15:53. That was a hard one.

    Steph, You did a good job, you were working hard, don't be so hard on yourself!
    I did knee to elbows(not all the way to elbows) too. They are a challenge.

  6. Planks were probably a PR at 1:40; It was real fun doing them with Tate who went over 4 minutes! I can see how older atheletes in sports quickly get replaced by youngsters.17:43 and dropping sweat. Don't know how you girls did those substitutes for situps. Give me sit ups anytime. Lori, you're a plankster queen.

    4 min plank and 12:30 for the wod. Neck and neck with mimi and em the whole workout, it was fun!
