Minneapolis 97 degrees and about that in humidity yesterday...but despite that went to the gym, we did 10,9...1 DUs, pistols L&R, hands up pushups and SDHP w/ kbell. 15:15 got up to 4 DUs in a row, YEAH, as I work to my goal of 10 in a row by 7-1. Took me almost 2 hours to cool down. I look forward to coming your way where there is less humidity...and see the NEW GYM!
