Front Squat

3 - 3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 1
Rest :30 sec after each set then

Weighted Dips

6-8 reps x 7 sets  Rest 3 min after each set then back to Front Squats

    Good wod, my front squats have improved a lot!

  2. front squats started at 155, ended with one rep at 205#. Did bodyweight dips, and ended with 30# dumbell x3 for 2 sets, good strength day.

  3. Started at 75 ended at 135. First time I have done weight since I hurt my back. Felt good. Dips were with the small green band. First workout w that band.
    Deryk ended at 135 also. Did 15 and 20# for the dips.
    I liked this way to do strength.
