front squats started at 155, ended with one rep at 205#. Did bodyweight dips, and ended with 30# dumbell x3 for 2 sets, good strength day.
Started at 75 ended at 135. First time I have done weight since I hurt my back. Felt good. Dips were with the small green band. First workout w that band. Deryk ended at 135 also. Did 15 and 20# for the dips. I liked this way to do strength.
