Open gym workout. I did 5 rounds of 5 back squats (95#), run 400 m. Time: 14:40.
I FDIC Thursday's workout:1minute Airodyne calories =48. (Sam got 68. Incredible).SDHP/push-ups = 6 rounds plus 3 high pulls. Rope climb/walking lunges = 5 rope climbs.
